The Lincoln Lawyer

All the critics love this movie and after trying to stay awake while viewing this I ask myself why?
America likes a comeback (regarding the star of the movie Matthew McConaughey) but we have seen this all before. Is it because there are nothing but a slew of poor movies that have come out in Q1 of 2011? I think so because I have yet to see anything worth writing about. Anyway back to the movie. Mathew McConaughey ruined his reputation in Hollywood by making very poor movie choices. Should we give him a second chance? He'll no! He blew it and now he is starting to look older and a new crop of pretty boys are on the scene.
From the very beginning of this dud you can figure out who the killer is. I felt like I was watching a bad episode of Law and Order. And wait a minute, how cool is it to have a Ja Rule lookalike black actor drive you around in this day and age??? Wow, Driving Ms. Daisy revisited! Mathew did you read that part of the script??.

Verdict:
Mathew, come back in another 10 years and maybe we will forgive.
